Dr. Debra Bailey was born and raised in southern California. She established Annapolis Dermatology Center in 1991, which she developed into a multi-faceted practice of 9 physicians. Dr. Bailey has published articles in peer-reviewed literature, written a chapter in Clinical Dermatology and lectured on various skin topics.  Dr. Bailey’s clinical excellence and compassion for patients resulted in her being honored with Maryland Governor Hogan’s Citation of Excellence in 2015, as well as multiple Top Doc and Patients Choice Awards.

After many years as a part-time resident of Collier County, Dr. Debra Bailey retired from Annapolis Dermatology Center and moved permanently to Naples, Florida in 2015.  She now extends her passion and expertise to the greater community of Southwest Florida in her new office at 2350 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 301, Naples, FL 34109.

Dr. Bailey brings to High Tide Dermatology Center her commitment to individualized care with an emphasis on patients’ quality of life. She has a special interest in caring for adult and pediatric patients who suffer from complicated skin disorders. She can be reached for appointments at 239-444-DERM (3376).
